Instructions: Below is an evaluation that contains drop-boxes for the respective sessions from each date of the conference. For any and all individual session evaluations you submit, please select the specific session from the drop-boxes followed by filling out the evaluation questions and submit. 

For all evaluation questions, a LOW rating would be represented by selecting 1 and a HIGH rating would be represented by selecting 7.

You may submit an evaluation for every session you attended during the entire conference. We greatly appreciate any and all feedback!
