Please Review All of the Below Information Before Accessing the Registration Site
VENUE CHANGE - please note that the 2021 Conference has moved from DeVos Place to the Amway Grand Plaza.
FORMAT - this event will be presented as a Hybrid event, which means that, as an Attendee, you can choose to attend in-person, or remotely. MATCP, some Speakers, and some Vendors will be on-site. Attendees will also be able to attend in person, subject to MDHHS-ordered venue capacity restrictions in place at the time of the event. All sessions, workshops, and Vendor/Private Partner booths will be available virtually.
ATTENDING IN PERSON - If you attend onsite, we will be following strict safety and health protocols, such as mask-wearing, social distancing, frequent disinfection, and limited room capacities. You will have the ability to select in-person or virtual attendance as part of the registration process, and will also be able to amend your registration up to a certain date. However, if you plan on attending in person, we will need to know that information by no later than Tuesday, February 16, 2021; you will also be required to complete a Waiver of Liability, Release of Claims, and COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment ("Waiver of Liability") form by February 16th (click here to access and submit the Waiver of Liability form). Failure to complete and submit the Waiver of Liability form by February 16th may result in an automatic cancellation of your in-person conference registration.
Those attending in person will also be requested to bring a laptop computer or other device whereby the virtual portion of the conference can be accessed, so if room capacity is reached, you can still access the workshop(s) from the lobby, your hotel room, etc.
HOTELS - currently we only have a room block at the Amway, based on the anticipated reduced in-person capacity. Click here for the Hotel page and Amway booking instructions.
REGISTRATION - will open Wednesday, December 16, 2020. Attendee & Speaker Registration (cost: $305.00/per person - for either in-person or virtual)
CANCELLATIONSFOR ATTENDEES - cancellations received between registration opening and February 5, 2021, receive a full refund, minus a $40 administrative fee. After February 5, 2021, refunds may only be given at the discretion of MATCP.
SESSIONS & WORKSHOPS - many of our 2020 Speakers and Workshops have been rolled over to 2021, but we will adding some new content as well, so stay tuned for that! Due to room capacity restrictions, you may still "add" workshops to your Agenda during the registration process as a way of tracking preferred ones to attend, but adding workshops to your Agenda does not guarantee admittance to the room where the workshop is held (for virtual attendees, you will receive access to all workshop broadcast links).
CEUs & CLEs - it is anticipated that Social Work and MCBAP CEUs and MIDC CLEs will be available for this event.
PRIVATE PARTNERS & VENDORS - 2020 vendors have been rolled over to the 2021 Conference. If you are a Private Partner or Vendor, we are working on reaching out to you individually to confirm if you are attending in-person or virtually, and will include information on a "virtual booth". Please visit our 2021 Conference Private Partners & Vendors page for more information. Cancellations for Vendors - cancellations received between registration opening and February 5, 2021, receive a full refund, minus a $40 administrative fee. After February 5, 2021, refunds may only be given at the discretion of MATCP.
SCHOLARSHIPS - 2020 Scholarship recipients, who were rolled over to the 2021 Conference, will be contacted soon to determine if you are still utilizing your scholarship for this year, and if you are a Full Scholarship recipient (registration + hotel), whether you plan on attending in-person, or virtually. Please visit our 2021 Scholarships page for more information.
PAYMENTS - please make your check payable to "Michigan Association of Drug Court Professionals" or "MADCP", and mail to: 824 N. Capitol Ave., Lansing, MI 48906 .

*** Health & Safety in light of COVID-19 *** The health and safety of our attendees is paramount to us. Our decision to hold a hybrid event is due primarily in part to the preference for this type of event, as indicated by responses to the 2021 Conference survey given to attendees of our Virtual Training at the end of September 2020. If state and/or federal orders temporarily prohibit large gatherings at the time of our conference, the conference will not be cancelled, but all attendees will attend virtually.
In the meantime, please watch your inbox, our website and our social media (Facebook and Twitter) for continuously updated information.
We welcome your suggestions, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us with questions or concerns.
Thank you for your patience in these times of uncertainty. Also, thank you for your continued efforts to support our participants who are undoubtedly even more challenged by current events.
