*** MATCP 2020 Conference Updates in light of COVID-19 ***
Update as of 03.19.2020
The health and safety of our attendees is paramount to us, so the MATCP board is currently considering all options affecting the scheduling of the conference. Our decisions are largely impacted, among other things, by the Governor's Executive Order 2020-11 and the temporary prohibition on large gatherings; therefore, even if the temporary prohibition is lifted by April 5th, we still have to consider a multitude of extenuating issues before announcing a final decision on the status of the conference.
In the meantime, please watch your inbox, our website and our social media (Facebook and Twitter) for continuously updated information surrounding helpful guidance and ideas to continue to monitor and support treatment court participants you serve, given the restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 crisis.
We welcome your suggestions, so please don't hesitate to share your own helpful tips with MI treatment courts across the state by emailing us.
Thank you for your patience in these times of uncertainty. Also, thank you for your continued efforts to support our participants who are undoubtedly even more challenged by current events.

Message on 03.13.2020
At this time, MATCP does not intend to cancel, reschedule, or modify the 21st Annual Conference. This includes the Fundamentals Training scheduled for May 5th and the Legislative Reception scheduled for the evening of May 6th.
We continue to monitor the latest information provided by the CDC, the state of Michigan, and local authorities, and will take guidance from those recommendations. Should the annual conference place the the health and safety of our attendees, speakers, Private Partners, and vendors at risk, MATCP will take prompt steps to safeguard against this risk. These steps may require cancellation or modification of the conference. MATCP would alert everyone at the soonest possible date should further changes occur.
We also understand the concerns surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak. Therefore, MATCP has adjusted its cancellation policy (see below).
Thank you for your continued support of Michigan's 188 treatment courts, their participants, and MATCP, and, in turn, we look forward to continuing to educate and advocate for you.
